It includes interactive instructions and an online information service about the stages of resettlement.
It launched an interactive guide for renovation program participants in November 2019. With its help, you can find out what documents you need for resettlement, what needs to be done to purchase additional living space and also understand the scheme of actions after receiving the keys to a new apartment. After answering a few questions, users receive personal instructions that consider their life situation - for example, presense of children in the family, mortgage, as well as the need to get a larger apartment in return.
For the convenience of users, the service page was supplemented with links to city online services that may be needed at certain stages of the relocation. At the end of 2020, the Muscovites used the instruction over 150 thousand times.
In November 2020, an online notification service about the stages of the relocation was launched for the renovation program participants. It informed citizens about the stages of resettlement and the status of preparation of the documents by e-mail, SMS and in their personal account on the mos.ru portal.
