Residents who have an account on mos.ru can offer ideas in the areas of culture, landscaping, transport, parks, bicycles and scooters, railway infrastructure, social sphere and electronic projects. Some projects were related to the development of Moscow’s healthcare system, education, and the formation of an environmental strategy of the city. Electronic projects became the most popular section.

All ideas and proposals from Moscow residents that have been moderated are selected by industry experts and put up for a vote for the participants of the crowdsourcing project. The most popular ideas are implemented by the city.

Since 2020, residents of Moscow have been participating in the process of confirming the implementation of the proposed ideas. Residents can upload photos of ideas implemented in the city.
