With the help of the platform, residents can:

• conduct polls and hold general meetings of owners online;
• submit applications and call the repair specialist to fix problems in the apartment, house and yard (for houses connected to the Unified Dispatch Center);
• submit meter readings and pay utility bills (for houses connected to the Unified Information and Payment Center);
• chat with neighbors;
• use a common electronic bulletin board;
• read the news about the house and the region.

Integration with the personal account on mos.ru eliminates the possibility of unauthorized persons participating in polls. The house-wide chats for neighbors, which were launched in May 2022, are based on the same principle.
