'Soulful Moscow' information system includes several sites and portals responsible for various activities of the Public Relations Committee of Moscow. The users of the ecosystem are NGOs and residents of the city. The system combines resources and coordinates the efforts of nonprofit organizations, volunteers, government and businesses in the city's development projects, which aim to improve the quality of life of residents.

The information system includes:

• the platform of the Moscow Mayor’s grant competition;
• the unified information repository of data on NGOs (registers of NGOs);
• the 'Mosvolonter' ('Mosvolunteer') portal;
• the site of the 'Volunteer of Moscow' competition;
• ‘Zachetnaya Moskva’ (Creditable Moscow) mobile app;
• ‘Immortal Regiment’ website;
• the website of the Public Chamber of Moscow;
• system for the training of observers of the Public Chamber;
• the 'Soulful Moscow' portal;
• other specialized sites.

The project helps socially oriented NGOs, volunteers and public observers with electronic services, document management and information support. The system also promotes the participation of youth and students in the city's events and projects.
