The official website of the Mayor of Moscow mos.ru is a digital platform that features the city’s services, current news and announcements of events, detailed instructions for getting public services, information about the work of the city’s authorities, and options for sending an official appeal or request to them. The website is available from a computer, smartphone or a tablet.
With the help of the portal, users can receive services 24/7 online without visiting various departments, collecting paper certificates and documents. For example, using mos.ru, residents can pay utility bills and car fines, schedule an appointment with a doctor, check the child’s grades and find out what the child ate for lunch, apply for subsidies and other social benefits.
The service provision status is displayed in the user’s personal account. Users can save information about their documents, cars, address and family members in their personal account in order not to enter this information once again to get the services on the portal.
For business persons, the mos.ru portal provides a corporate account where the head and authorized employees can quickly find services that are relevant to the company’s activities.
