Electronic Services for Business
Electronic services for business is a set of public services for legal entities and sole entrepreneurs available online on the mos.ru portal. All services are collected in the catalog of services and systematized by areas: trade, construction, transport, advertising and others. Some services are available on the websites of relevant departments, to which users are automatically redirected.
Users can get services for business using the corporate account on the mos.ru portal. It is a single platform for all employees of one organization. Employees appointed by the chief can use all the features of the corporate account without an electronic signature even from a mobile phone. Users have access to a full-fledged desktop, which has customizable widgets and updated information.
For example, on mos.ru users can track the status of their financial and personal accounts and payments, apply for a range of subsidies, send information to the city’s commercial register, learn about charges from government agencies (the Pension Fund, the Federal Tax Service) and use other features.
In 2021, mos.ru launched more than 20 new online services for legal entities. Now users submit an application to rent the city’s premises, include a summer cafe in the layout, receive subsidies compensating for the cost of purchasing equipment and interest on loans, and apply for a parking permit for car sharing.

Moscow’s complex of digital solutions for combating the pandemic received the Runet Prize in the ‘Technology vs Coronavirus ‘category (the award entry included the mos.ru portal)
The project was awarded the ‘Beneficial Practice’ diploma of the review competition of the Assembly of Capitals and Major Cities of the EAEU ‘The City We Want to Live In’
The portal was shortlisted for The DADI Awards in the ‘Public Sector and Public Initiatives’
The mos.ru portal won a special prize at the Golden Site competition in the ‘Government Project Website’ nomination.
The project was shortlisted for the Smart Cities Council Readiness Challenge
