Supplier Portal

The Supplier Portal is a B2G resource that helps state customers and entrepreneurs close online deals. Registration and participation in online transactions are free of charge.

The resource offers 3 main types of procurement:

  • Electronic Store. Small and middle-sized enterprises publish prices for the supplied goods, works, services, and state customers choose the reliable partners with the best prices or supply terms.
  • Mini-auction. The customer publishes the list of necessary specifications; the suppliers make bids; the winner is automatically selected by the lowest price of the last offer.
  • Collecting Offers. The customer publishes the necessary specifications, the suppliers provide their offers, and the customer chooses the winner that offers the best terms.

At the end of the procurement process, parties conclude an electronic contract using the digital electronic signature.

  • More than 1,500 contracts are concluded every day using the Supplier Portal
  • More than 270,000 suppliers are registered
  • In 2021, the average savings at mini-auctions was 13.3%
  • in 2021, 44,000 new users joined the Supplier Portal, of which 44% were registered in Moscow, and 56% of users were residents from other regions of Russia
  • At the end of 2021, business persons signed contracts for a total of 84.2 billion rubles, the total savings were more than 7 billion rubles
  • Users have used the chatbot more than 300,000 times, in 70% of interactions the smart assistant answered the questions without help from the technical support operator

The Supplier Portal received the ‘Trust and Transparency’ award, established by the directors of the Digital Summit national award together with the Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Business ‘Opora Russia’ (‘Support of Russia’)

2020

The portal was the winner of the republican competition of best practices and initiatives for socio-economic development, organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI)

2021

The portal became the winner of the national competition Golden Site in the ‘City Portal for Business Persons’ nomination

The Supplier Portal is included in the G20 Report for Reference on Innovative Public Procurement for Smart Cities and Communities. The document was published after the G20 Digital Economy Ministers Meeting
