'Bulky Waste Removal' is the service of the mos.ru portal providing free disposal of broken or old large household appliances and heavy metal objects in Moscow. The service helps residents get rid of the appliances and items that cannot be disposed of as ordinary waste, for example, old refrigerators, washing machines, gas or electric stoves, bathtubs, iron doors, and even cars.

The service works with commercial partners who are engaged in the removal of unwanted bulky household appliances and metal objects. Any organization that meets the requirements of the project can connect to the service.

Users can write up to 20 unnecessary items in one application. Online applications are accepted around the clock and processed in a couple of minutes. Then the operators of the partner organization contact the user to clarify the details.

On average, the removal of large items takes about half an hour, and the resident can choose a convenient date and time. Residents do not have to take out large items from the apartment on their own — specialists of the partner companies perform all the work themselves.
