The service for video consultations and online appointments for residents on mos.ru is a tool for remote communication with specialists of the public services centers and heads and authorized employees of the Moscow’s departments.
All stages of the service — from making an appointment to getting a consultation — are available on mos.ru. The duration of each appointment is about 20-30 minutes. The service is available to individuals, legal entities and sole entrepreneurs registered on mos.ru.
Residents can get expert advice on more than 100 issues, the most popular of which are issues related to utilities, housing registration, provision of land plots, conveyance of premises, execution of a social rent contract, etc.
Since the end of 2020, videoconferencing consultations have been conducted by heads and authorized employees of government bodies. In November 2021 the service was updated. After the update two formats of online appointments became available: a consultation with a specialist of 'My Documents' center, where users can learn about the provision of public services in Moscow, and a personal appointment with the head of the department or the authorized representative (the full account on mos.ru is required for this type of appointment).
