The voice assistant of the CItywide Contact Center is a virtual assistant that uses speech synthesis and recognition technologies to process requests, reduces the waiting time and relieves operators from processing typical calls.
The assistant can tell the caller the phone number or address of the necessary institution and how to get there, inform residents about the readiness of documents, receive meter readings, and also helps to find the impounded car and tells how to pick it up. This allows the operators of the center to spend more time helping citizens in difficult, non-standard situations.
The virtual assistant operates on three main hotlines:
The project received the main prize in the ‘Best customer service practice without operators participation’ category at the Crystal Headset Awards
The virtual assistant received high scores at the Crystal Headset Awards in the ‘Best Application in Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence’ nomination
The project was awarded the main prize in the ‘Best Digital Transformation and Modernization Program’ nomination of the Crystal Headset Awards
The virtual assistant won the George Gens IT Stars Award in the ‘Innovative Projects in the Public Sector’ category
The project became the winner of the annual GlobalCIO ‘Project of the Year’ award in the ‘AI and RPA project’ nomination
The virtual assistant was rated highly by the judges at the Crystal Headset Awards in the ‘Best Customer Experience in Automated and Robot-Assisted Interaction’ nomination
