Luna Platform is based on LUNA SDK - Engine for face recognition. The system includes several modules: Broker web server, which ensures interface with external systems via HTTP protocol; Extracto handler, which extracts face descriptors; Matcher handler, which receives requests for descriptors matching. An additional Queue Manager ensures data exchange between Broker module and Extractor and Matcher handlers. DBMS Aerospike NoSQL module is used to create a storage for descriptors and their lists. The modules work independently from each other. The system uses RESTful Web API to transmit commands and exchange data.

The main Application level protocol is HTTP 1.1, data exchange is initiated by an HTTP request. The implementation of neural networks allows to process a face in a fraction of a second, and the optimized sublinear search makes it possible to identify a person in the databases. The descriptors data is de-identified

Specialized software for checking and identifying people, it ensures accurate facial recognition in images and also in video streams in real time.

Facial recognition processing in LUNA SDK includes several modules: face detection, face alignment in the images, face descriptors extraction, matching of the faces with image database, defining face attributes and prevention of face spoofing.

The system was developed in C++ and allows to optimize memory management, work in extensive multithreading mode, the system ensures high efficiency of the modules, allows to carry out cross-platform integration and use standard API in C++.

LUNA SDK uses deep neural networks (DNN) for face detection and descriptors extraction.

VOCORD FaceControl 3D can recognize faces using 3D technologies, create 3D models using stereocameras, conduct simultaneous identification, compare 3D with 2D images and search in the archive. VOCORD FaceControl 3D works using stereocameras that take two pictures simultaneously from different angles.

The system ensures accurate recording of the working hours of staff and rules out the possibility of falsification.

The system is based on the platform from Timebook, which is a semi-automated workforce planning system, a reader with a built-in camera and the software for automated calculations of working hours with further data export to 1C or SAP.

The image from the camera is transferred to the cloud server, where the cardholder’s identity is verified with an accuracy over 99% using facial recognition algorithm. If a person tries to enter the premise using someone else’s card, the access is blocked, and the employer is notified automatically.

VOCORD Phobos PBX allows to record and wiretap automatic telephone office lines, select and change the recorded lines, automatically get a list of automatic telephone office devices, record the telephone on the subscriber’s command. The system can be remotely accessed and works with all types of calls.

VOCORD Phobos PBX uses PE1E1, PE2E1, PE3E1, PE4E1 boards for 1, 2, 3, 4 streams respectively. With the help of the PE1E1 board it is possible to record up to 30 lines simultaneously, and with the help of PE4E1 board - up to 120 lines simultaneously. It is possible to use from 1 to 4 boards on one server.

The system includes software for selective automatic telephone office recording Phobos PBX, software for VOCORD Phobos PBX archive servers – Phobos Server, and software for operator workplaces - Phobos Client.

VOCORD Phobos IPtel allows to record and monitor an unlimited number of IP connections in real time, display connection attributes, record from telephone microphones, carry out sound cleaning and replicate onto external media. The system has flexible selection of conversations for recording, flexible configuration of user permissions, recording planner and an inbuilt player.

Supported protocols: H.323, SIP, Skinny, Unistim, Avaya IPoffice. System components: Phobos IPtel server for analyzing IP telephony protocols, Phobos Server archive server, Phobos Client operator’s workplace. One server can in real time process and record up to 300 connections into archive simultaneously.

A computer with installed Phobos Client software allows the operator to search, process, listen to all audio recordings. The system is unlimitedly scaled according to the number of IP connections processed, supports an unlimited number of servers of both types and an unlimited number of operators work stations.

VOCORD Parking S allows to recognize license plate number, fixate parking violations, export data to the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences, check license plates in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate databases. From the moment the violation was registered, it takes no longer than 10 seconds for the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences to receive the data.

How it works: a reversing IP camera is mounted in the area of paid open parking or bridge where parking is prohibited. It controls the parking lot, moving and fixing every vehicle and license plate in the control zone. For each car the system develops the data on the place and time of taking photographs, GPS/GLONAsS coordinates and the time spent on the parking lot and the video from control zone.

On paid parkings VOCORD Parking S is integrated with automated system of payment collection.

VOCORD Traffic allows to recognize license plate numbers; fixate traffic violations on straight sections, at crossroads, railroad crossings by taking photos and recording video; check the vehicle in the external databases; detect the vehicle in the monitored area; define the location, trajectory and speed of the vehicle; upload the data to the data storage and processing center and the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences, collect road traffic statistics and protect the data in the system.

To detect the violations on straight sections of the road VOCORD Cyclops are used, they control from two to four lanes of traffic in one or two directions. VOCORD NetCam4 cameras and also video surveillance cameras are mounted at crossroads to recognize the license plate numbers. To detect “Crossing stop line” and “Driving through a red light” violations the system connects to the traffic lights controller and uses a video analytics algorithm of traffic signal recognition.

To process data from cameras and VOCORD Cyclops a switchboard cabinet with an inbuilt VOCORD SSCross server is used. It ensures electricity supply to the control station and the protection of communications and power supply lines. The data from the station is automatically uploaded to the archive server with Traffic Archive software installed and then exported to the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences.

VOCORD ParkingControl can recognize the vehicle license plate number, fixate parking violations, and check the license plate numbers in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate databases. The system ensures automation of the vehicle access control procedure, control over the actions of the guard, facility attendance analysis and video recording in case any disputes arise.

How it works: IP cameras, that are installed at the entrance and exit (for a standard checkpoint), recognize the license plate number and record it in the archive with all the information about the date, time and place of entry. The information about the vehicle is displayed on the guard’s monitor together with an entry allowed/entry not allowed mark, and the recognized license plate number, photo of the vehicle and a close-up photo of the plate number, color indicator showing if the vehicle to a specific category and comments.

If the vehicle is on the list of vehicles permitted to enter the territory, the system automatically raises the turnpike, or the turnpike rises on the command of the guard. The guard can also add a new vehicle to the list at the moment of entry. If entry is unauthorized, it is displayed in the system log.

The system is supplied either as a ready for setup unit (camera, server, preinstalled software), or as a software with recommendations for equipment selection. VOCORD ParkingControl software is based on the Vocord Tahion software for video surveillance and video analytics and uses its basic server modules. The system is intended for automatic recognition of license plate numbers and vehicle control in parking lots, on business center territories, in residential compounds and at secured facilities.
