Yandex is ready to launch robot delivery in the largest city of the United Arab Emirates and that a third of all Dubai is suitable for Yandex robots, according to the company.

 
 Russian tech giant is taking part in the Dubai World Challenge for Self-Driving Transport 2021, the goal of which is to replace some of the couriers on the streets of the UAE. Companies from Italy, France, Austria and the USA also take part in the competition.

 
 According to Sergey Kirillov, director of business development at Yandex SDGm, the company's robots are already executing about 500 orders a day in Russia and the United States. In particular, they are used on the Ohio State University campus in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Members of the Supervisory Board of ANO Digital Economy approved the development strategy of the organization until 2024. Center for Industry 4.0 to be Created in Russia

The government is discussing the issue of transferring the 3.4-3.8 GHz frequency range for the deployment of 5G networks by cellular operators in Moscow. According to Forbes, citing a source, negotiations on the possible use of these frequencies in the capital are already underway with the mayor's office.

 
 According to the representative of the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, the most popular 3.4-3.8 GHz frequency range in the world is not used in Russia for the deployment of 5G networks due to the fact that it is actively used by law enforcement agencies.

 
 The interlocutor of Forbes in one of the telecom companies said that the transfer of frequencies to operators in the capital can demonstrate that the parties are able to work on these frequencies at the same time. He also added that the project can be extended to the entire territory of the country. Representatives of MTS and MegaFon declined to comment.

 
 Earlier, the State Commission on Radio Frequencies has already rejected applications from operators for the allocation of this frequency range, even for testing. Moscow-Based  IoT Developer Rubetek and Mosenergosbyt Announce Cooperation

The Russian government has approved the <a href="http://static.government.ru/media/files/iW1vIeo6uJnYmciGbPirdNkah0VLpSSh.pdf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">roadmap </a>regarding drones regulation in airspace within the country’s borders. The document provides for a three-stage integration of RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) through 2030, according to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

 
 At the first stage (through 2023), the air legislation will be changed and the regulatory framework will be formed. In particular, measures to simplify procedures and remove restrictions on drone flights will be developed. This stage involves the introduction of services for accounting for RPAS, as well as the establishment of rules for the preparation and implementation of such flights.

 
 The second phase, which will last until 2027, will allow for test flights of unmanned aerial vehicles in a single airspace. It is also necessary to ensure flight safety and modernize the aviation infrastructure. At the same time, work on the legislative part will continue.

 
 At the third stage (through 2030), the practical implementation of the technical infrastructure for drones and digital solutions for flight control will take place. At the same time, they will adopt normative legal acts that will regulate this area.

The Ministry of Digital Science of the Russian Federation has formed a working group for the transition to the massive use of SIM-cards by Russians with an Advanced Qualified Digital Signature (AQDS). This is a digital signature of the current maximum protection class, which in its legal force is comparable to a handwritten signature.

The Avtomatika Concern (part of <a href="https://rostec.ru/en/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Rostec</a>) together with the National Engineering Corporation (NIC) and cybersecurity company T.Hunter will create an information and analytical platform to combat cybercriminals, applying OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) technology.

 
 The system will analyze an e-mail or a phone number, comparing them with an array of data by more than 40 parameters (IP addresses, information from payment systems, advertising identifiers, etc.). According to Igor Bederov, the Head of the Information and Analytical Research Department at T.Hunter, the use of OSINT will make it possible to obtain "a report on the identity of an object with information sources in text and graphic form."

 
 The CEO of the Avtomatika Concern, Andrei Motorko, clarified that the system could be in demand from government organizations. In turn, a member of the board of directors of NIC Yevgeny Elfimov noted that the solution will be offered to the security services of commercial companies and law enforcement agencies.
